Rodney Razor Workout Routine

Monday: Chest and Back

  • Incline Dumbell chest press 4 set to failure (slow on the way down, 4 sec)
  • Incline cable flys 3 sets of 8-12
  • Smith Machine flat chest press 3 sets of 8-12 reps
  • Four count down push ups 3 sets to failure
  • Bended Over back rows 3 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Wide as possible grip pull ups 3 sets of to failure (slow on the way down, 4 sec)
  • Sitting back rows 3 sets of 8-12
  • Lower back extension on roman chair 3 sets of 12-15
  • Finish with cardio

Tuesday: Legs and Abs

  • Squats 3 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Legs press 4 sets to failure (slow on the way down, 4 sec)
  • Walking lunges 3 sets of 20 steps
  • Legs curl machine 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
  • One foot dumbbell calf raises 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps
  • Bicycle crunches 4 sets of 25 slow reps
  • Hanging leg lifts 3 sets 15 slow reps
  • Crunches sitting on the stability ball 3 sets of 30 reps
  • Cable crunches with rope 3 sets of 15-20 reps

Wednesday: Arms

  • Skull crushes 4 sets of 8-12 reps
  • Tricep dips with weight attached 3 sets to failure (4 sec down)
  • Reverse Tricep push downs on cables 3 sets of 8-12reps
  • Double dumbbell bicep curl (curl at the same time) 3 sets of 8-12reps
  • Preacher curls 3 sets to failure ( 4 sec down)
  • Reverse barbell bicep curls 3 sets of 12-15
  • Finish with cardio

Thursday: Back and shoulders

  • Deadlifts 3 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Lat pull downs 3 sets to failure (4 sec down)
  • Barbell shrugs 3 sets of 15-20
  • Dumbbell shoulder press 3 sets of 8-12
  • Military shoulder press 3 sets of 8-12
  • Dumbbell lateral raises 4 sets of 12-15
  • Friday: plyometric/HIIT, abs
  • Squats jumps 2 sets of :30 secs
  • Burpees 2 sets of 1min
  • One foot jumps 2 sets of 30 sec
  • Mary katherines 2 sets of 30secs
  • Plyo pushups 4 sec of 30 secs
  • Ab wheel crunches 3 sets of  12-15
  • Planks  2 set of 1min holds
  • V-up crunches 3 sets of 15-20

Saturday and Sunday:

  • Off
